The Challenge
Replace manual HR paperwork at scale — leave requests, holidays, resignations, absence justifications, clock-in/out lookups, employment letters, experience and seniority certificates — across a large judicial workforce.
The Solution
Built SIGERH as a PHP / jQuery / Bootstrap self-service portal wired into the Court's HR backend, letting employees submit and track requests directly and freeing HR staff from repetitive intake work.
