The Challenge
Run structured competitive examinations for internal and external candidates applying to the Supreme Court. Needed to manage credential evidence, psychological screens, and role-specific technical tests all in one pipeline.
The Solution
Shipped a PHP / jQuery / Bootstrap web app where candidates upload academic credentials, professorships and professional experience, then take multi-stage tests (psychological + technical) that gate them toward the role.
