The Challenge
Give external candidates a self-service application channel to join the Supreme Court — handling credential uploads (bachelor's, master's, doctoral degrees), references, and interview scheduling at scale.
The Solution
Built a React front-end backed by a Laravel API. Applicants submit credentials and documents, staff review via an admin dashboard, and the system routes candidates straight to interviews without the public-competition pathway.
